We can evaluate customization requirements such as cabinet size, compartment structure, sheet metal, openings, doors, shelves, rails, cable entry/exit, surface treatment, protection rating and temperature control. Scope and lead time depend on drawings, quantity and technical requirements; our engineer will provide a solution and quotation after evaluation. Lead time is usually 1–2 times that of standard products depending on complexity.

Specific costs and responsibility boundaries will be further confirmed according to destination, shipping method and terms such as EXW / FOB.

If your requirements match common industry specifications, standard products are recommended because they have shorter lead times and better stock availability. If the equipment size is special, installation space is limited, or specific protection/coating requirements apply, custom cabinets are a better option. We recommend providing both options during initial inquiry so our engineer can advise based on lead time and cost.

The MOQ for batch orders is 10 cabinets. The purchase quantity affects the quotation; generally, the larger the quantity, the lower the unit price.

Standard cabinets are quoted by model, configuration and purchase quantity with tiered pricing. Custom cabinets are quoted separately based on drawings, technical requirements, configuration and purchase quantity.

We support flexible delivery terms for global customers. Under EXW (Ex Works), we handle production, quality inspection, standard export packing, and make the goods available at our factory; you arrange collection, international transport, and import clearance (Note: we can handle export customs declaration on request.) Under FOB (Free On Board), we deliver the goods to the designated port in China, complete export clearance, and load them on board. Risk after loading, onward international transport, insurance, import duties, and destination delivery are your responsibility.

No. If you have not confirmed the product model, you can describe the application scenario, installation environment and functional requirements. Our engineer will help with selection. Having a model in advance can speed up quotation, but it is not required for initial consultation.

Quotation is mainly affected by product type (standard/custom), purchase quantity, material specifications (sheet thickness, surface treatment, accessory grade), lead time, trade terms and destination. Our quotation will clearly list cost components to ensure transparency and traceability.
